Based in Queenstown, Sarah leads with a calm confidence, blending logistical expertise with a creative eye to deliver events that truly connect people to place. Known for her collaborative approach and strong industry relationships, she’s the go-to for clients looking for seamless execution, fresh ideas, and an insider’s touch on every detail.

Managing Director
Jenny Walsh brings bold vision and decades of event expertise to her role as Managing Director of ROAM-DMC. With a deep love for New Zealand and a career built on delivering high-impact experiences across the globe, Jenny leads ROAM with creativity, clarity, and purpose. ROAM is proudly powered by Motive Events — giving clients the best of both worlds: a local, agile team on the ground in Queenstown, backed by the resources, knowledge, and production power of one of the industry's most trusted event collectives.
